• How long should I allow for each class to be photographed?
When organising your schedule please allow 2-3 minutes for individual
shots
and at least 5 minutes to organise and photograph the class
photograph.
Experience
shows me that one class at a time is always best.
Students are less
self conscious and work better as a team when not distracted.
They
learn from watching each other and when it's time for the second
costume-
confidence soars!
• How many students do we need to book a session?
60 students minimum for sessions with studio lighting and background.
Sessions using the natural light are also available depending on the amount of
natural light in your studio.
• What about parents?
Just like normal dance lessons, parents are encouraged to wait outside
the photography session.
This allows for a calmer environment where
students concentrate and engage much better.
Teachers are able to lend
assistance and encouragement for the students during the session
at your discretion.
• How long does it take for photographs to appear on-line and ordered photographs to arrive?
Photographs
will be ready to view on-line only three weeks from the date of your
session and will be
available to order for 4 months.Orders are delivered within two weeks after the order is received
Orders recieved after the deadline incur a $20 archival retrieval fee.
• What about parents that dont have a computer?
This is a fair question as there are still some families without
internet access.
Because I take so many photographs it's just not
possible to print proof sheets.
Experience shows me that clients in
this situation always have a friend or family
member with a computer.
And there is always the local library where the friendly
staff are
always happy to help.Web galleries are by far the most convenient way
to view photographs as it allows for greater flexibility and viewing
time.
• Will the final photographs have your logo or watermark on them?
Photographs are delivered with no watermark or stamp.
Your photographs are your photographs- not my advertisement!
• How long after the shoot can we receive our 30 photographs?
You can make your selection at any time.
50 photographs are supplied to your studio free of charge in order to
support
your organisation and delivered as high resolution files on
disk.
These photographs are to be used for studio purposes only.
• Your studio, students or parents are not obligated to purchase photographs.
• You are licensed to reproduce 50 photographs for
purposes such as marketing,
promotion, and reporting to funding
bodies in both print and electronic form ONLY
if the following credit

• Photographs are supplied as high resolution files that have been
digitally developed
and enhanced and must be not altered in any way
other than size.
They must not be offered, sold or distributed to parents, students or staff of your s
chool or any other third party.

• The studio for the photography session must be clean and free of furniture at the
commencement of the set up time.
